I thought I would give you an update as of today or I should say 3 days ago the Mexican petunias have really perked up! It was iffy there for a while with our freezing weather but I will take pictures and try to tag you in them when they bloom

Yay! I was wondering how they faired. They are so Hardy. You should see new growth soon as those roots take hold in their new soil. They will flower all season until your next frost. You can propagate more by taking cuttings with at least 3 nodules and placing in water or directly into the soil. However this does slow their flowering because they have to grow new flower shoots. I have a section I continually cut to propagate the rest I enjoy the flowers.

The dwarf do rake longer to recover compared to the tall but as long as the roots were good they should recuperate.
