SEE measurements and NOTE: pop is 13" but it stretches easily to 18" meaning this will fit a 36" or even a 38" bust.
NO TAGS - Hardly any use at all! I tried it on once. Almost new - I took off tag before I realized this was too big for me. I am a size SMALL and I could prob fit an XXS if I could find one.

@jaimekatesea DONE! It is 13" BUT if I stretch with my hands it goes to 18-19" so do not buy if you need something tiny with no stretch.
