This says a size 10 and your size charts is a 11.5 so which is correct or is a tight or loose fit?

Great question, I lowered the size to 11 but they're probably really a size 10. They run small, the tag says euro 42 which equals and 11 - 11.5 but they fit more like a 10, which is why I showed the measurements.
