What size shoe do you normally wear? Trying to figure out if the 8 will work for me and I see varying reviews about sizing up or down. I typically wear an 8 but sometimes a 7.5.

I was an 8 and they fit true to size. I unfortunately grew a whole half size after having a baby so they are a little short for me.
