NWT Sparkly Black Print Plus Sz 2X Lined Tiered Knee Length Dress Pockets TORRID

This dress is size 2X (18-20) and made by Torrid. It is made with 99% polyester and 1% other and is machine washable. It is fully lined except for the sleeves, has a a stretchy smocked waist, two side pockets and has metallic thread to give it a little sparkle. It measures 24" across at the bust, the waist measures 20" across unstretched and it is about 38" in length from the back of the neck. It is new with tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very nice dress.
