This vintage 1960's-1970's white vinyl wicker purse has wood handles and a shell scene on the front covered in clear vinyl. There are gold colored cords woven through to give the back and sides a stripe effect. There is gold thread checked cloth as a background for the seashore design. There are a variety of seashells and some have rhinestones. There is also a small starfish and seahorse both with a rhinestone accent. The shells have a slash of gold painted on them and there are some pieces of greenery to accent the design. I didn't see any tears in the clear vinyl covering the shells etc. and it is trimmed with gold braid. The clear vinyl has turned green in some spots due to aging. Wear is noted in photos. The wood handles have aged very well! The inside of the purse is in decent vintage condition and needs part of the lining to be restitched back in place. there is a zippered pocket inside. The tag reads: Made in Hong Kong. The purse measures 11 in. long, 5 1/4 in. high not including the handle and approximately 8 in. high including it. The bottom measures 4 1/4 in. wide.
