J Crew popover blouse with beautiful rope detailing which circles the sleeve and down the front finished with a tassel. No fraying to black rope detailing. Fabric tags have been removed, but feels like a light and silky poly. Size 6, but being a popover it fits a bit larger. This is not JCrew factory. Pit to pit 20” Smoke, pet and fragrance free.
