Spooky Graveyard Queen costume. Black long dress with purple corset-style bodice and attached cape. Dramatic shoulder bolero and crown included. Striking dark and regal look for Halloween or themed events. I purchased this new. Never worn. When it was purchased it had a few flaws, I presume from being tried on in the store. Two of the plastic straps were torn in half, however since there is elastic to hold this up I believe these straps are optional. The loop on one side for the chain had also been ripped but the chain is still functional hanging to the side.
