Loose-fit, ankle-length skirt in pleated chiffon. Elasticized waistband. The elastic is nice and soft for comfortable wear. The outer fabric is semi sheer and flowy with slit at both sides. There is a short liner skirt in satin. Cream with black polka dots Size Large Measurements (laid flat) Waist: 14.5" unstretched, 22" stretched Length: 36" Lining length: 19" Slit length: 14" In great condition. The only flaw I can see is that there are a few tiny pulls on the elastic waistband, but they are small and not noticeable while wearing.
