Stretchy . On small hole on front left leg(see pic). I could see it up but it looks distressed the way it is which matches the vibe of the wash. Moto style stitching on legs. These run small but are stretchy. I’m going to say these are a size zero. Waist measures 12” unstretched. Length is 38.5” approx. inseam is 29”.
