Measurements are approximate while lying flat:
Armpit to armpit - 16 1/2”
Waistline - 15 1/2”
Where strap meets shoulder to front hem - 43”
The hemline does have dirt marks on outside and inside (see photos as examples). Tag says dry clean only, but that’s due to the intricacies of the lace- my guess is you can spot clean the hemline since it’s 100% cotton.
