This USPA bag is practically new, it's just missing the shoulder strap, the bag features a gorgeous tan color and the front pockets simulates an envelope. It is in excellent condition, no stains, scratches, like new. The hardware on the side has some discoloration from time, but barely noticeable. The bag itself was never used.
