Vintage Gold Filled Curb Watch Chain with Horseshoe Opal Slide Charm- 24”

Absolutely gorgeous vintage or antique curb chain with dog clip and opal/ seed pearl slide charm. Dog clip is marked JMC. A doubled over curb chain, with one dog clip, you are meant to clip onto itself at the other end. You can also wear it not doubled, with the dog clip dangling to add charms. Opal and all seed pearls intact. Slide charm has a horseshoe shape, symbolizing luck! Beautiful condition, minimal wear down. There are some darker areas on some links, mostly visible when looking at the chain as a whole. An even deeper clean than I gave it may relieve that. Some spots of tarnish on the slide charm. Opal is probably synthetic. Overall great condition! Purging my collection, as I have a lot of pieces 😅. Weighs 17.25 grams, measures 24” total length ( see photos, as doubled, or 48” not doubled). Curb width is 2mm.
