It is showing wear and it's rubbed off in places
There is some minor damage to the tule as well
Seam has come undone under the arms a bit
Vintage condition as is
Metal zip up front
Cool hip bustle

13.5 inches across waist
18.5 underarm to underarm
Missing belt , there are thread loops
