This is a Tonka blue metal hydraulic dump truck model # 13190. It was well played with and is rusty and would be good for a restoration project. The plastic in the two wheels are broken and the others have some cracks. The windows have some scratches and are fogged up. The seat is loose in the cab. The truck measures 13 1/2 inches long by 5 1/2 inches wide.
