Love this one! Blue layers are Selkie’s paper cotton, lined with contrasting print that matches the ruffles (recycled polyester material for volume). Excellent condition aside from a bit of the blue bleeding into the white underbust ruffle (really have to have an eagle eye to notice since the dress is so stunning).
