Hi, I wear a 7.5 in US sizing and a 38 in European sizing. These fit true to size in the length. They are a medium width. I wear a medium or wide in some shoes. These fit me just a tad narrow in the width. I can wear them comfortably, but they are just a smidge snug across the ball of my foot.
