I have a pair like this that was worn till i could feel a stud in the heel. How are these holding up in terms of wear? Not just visual but remaining cushion

I only wore each pair a few times. I would say they have a lot of life left. Only selling because I never wear them and I have a shoe problem. I had no issues with them when wearing.
