@tygreen818 Thank you! I am still trying to find my favorites and what works best with my schedule. I tend to grab and go. I like the bars and crunchers. Not much time to mix and prepare. I just started the plan a few weeks ago. I've lost 9+ lbs already!

I am so glad the plan is working for you, and congratulations on your weight loss already! I have done it a couple of times and have lost 30+ pounds both times using it for about three months on average. I love most of the fuelings and the overall convenience of the plan.
