🇨🇦 Vintage Floral Long Jacket Oversized Artistic Statement Duster • Pink Mauve

Vintage Suttles & Seawinds artistic floral long jacket / oversized duster in a lush painterly print bursting with saturated pinks, cobalt blue, violet & touches of green against a deep black background. The effect is vivid, expressive and almost brushstroke-like — a wearable-art piece with gallery boutique energy and timeless slow-fashion appeal. Purchased in the brand’s flagship store in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia, in the early 1990’s when Settles & Seawinds designed and made locally their clothing. The print was so striking that I purchased several pieces from the line. This visually dramatic statement layering piece moves beautifully. The relaxed oversized silhouette, fluid rayon drape and rich floral palette give it both comfort and presence — equally striking worn open over monochrome basics or buttoned as an artistic long jacket.
