Sorry for the late reply, I didn't get notification of a message and just found this today. i looked closer at the shoe , I see what you are talking about. You are right that there seems to be a pulling in that area, I am surprised because I wore them maybe 3 times at most. I will send you a close up photo to see if you are still interested.
