Black women's boots size 41

these are pre-owned unbranded boots. zipper enclosure. the bottom says size 41. I am not sure what that is in us size but I measured from back to front. please see pictures. good condition Pre-owned means USED and has been worn. It may have but not limited to scuffs, scratches, dirt spots, discoloration and/or tarnish, holes, or worn down spots. Please examine pictures carefully tub shoes 2
