This is a "Pair of Thieves" Men's SuperSoft Lounge Shorts. Designed for casual comfort, they feature a non-roll elastic waistband, an adjustable drawstring, and deep hand pockets. The shorts are made from a soft cotton/viscose/spandex blend fabric. They are advertised for lounging or wearing out.
