OBSESSED I start with an LL BEAN BOAT & TOTE, sourced by me, in New England, washed & tousled thru the salt waters of southern California & sun dried organically for days until perfectly patina”d, worn & vintaged. Weathered & threadbare as totes should be. It is then customized with gold birkin style hardware & the strap is repositioned thru raw cuts & attached in rustic fashion with a sewing awl, with visible stitching meant to look elementary & charming. (can also be made in ll bean boat & tote smal and/or medium & i currently have a fair amount of colours) This is made with TRUE & AUTHENTIC ELEMENTS. I am not a seamstress, this bag is simple yet intricately reconstructed. Please look at the images carefully. it’s closure is that of the normal tote opening which is then folded and pulled together via the straps. The price is based on the cost of the pre-owned bag (which at the moment are nearly impossible to find), the accoutrements & hard work. Thank you for your interest!
