cfraikin@ingridcalder699 It’s about 23 inches, and it does not stretch, but it does have a tie with buttons on the sides to tie in the back for a perfect fit 🩷 I only wore it once then lost a lot of weight. It really is beautiful in person, and has little beads around the neck and arms that makes it even more lovely
