The Japanese brand was celebrating 50 years of alternative Harajuku attitude, while we marked 50 years of the 1460 boot. Ten years on and, naturally, we both have new anniversaries to celebrate. The two brands are overdue for a reunion. The new Dr. Martens x Hello Kitty collection fuses tough DM's silhouettes with colorful Sanrio motifs. Our towering Jadon boot is decked out with alternate Kitty motifs on either side, Hello Kitty lettering down the ankle and heart nickel eyelets Chunky black platform boots with bright pink laces. Decorative character stickers on the side. Contrasting yellow welt stitching. Bold, edgy look with playful accents.
