Can you measure the high waisted area ?
I’m not super busty but run 32 bust and under bust I run 27 , waist on dress looks loose in a good way ( I am 28) and flowy at hips 34 right ?

The seam below the bodice measures 15.

The seam is more under the bodice than on the waist. The dress drapes over the waist.
