They are pretty true to size but (since they are new) would need to be broken in. I’d say they are more suited with regular or narrow width feet - my feet are regular width and they felt totally fine when I bought them. I had an injury and couldn’t wear heels anymore so never ended up getting a chance to wear these apart from trying them on at the store
