Vintage 1920's Art Deco Ladies' Cocktail Watch

This is a vintage rectangular Art Deco ladies wristwatch. It features a 14K gold sheet case with ornate, geometric Art Deco filigree engraving. The dial shows age with stylized Arabic numbers and a dark cabochon stone set in the winding crown. This is a Hallwatch with 15 jewels from the Hoffman Watch Company. The movement is a vintage mechanical watch caliber manufactured by Swiss watchmaker Paul Ditisheim. It is co-signed for "Hallwatch", which was a trade name registered in the early 1920's by both Swiss and American companies. The watch is secured with an era-appropriate chevron-style chain bracelet. The "Lance" line was produced by Jacoby-Bender (JB) Champion, a premiere American watch attachment company. This is pre-owned and is not currently running. It is being sold as-is for parts/repair. The case does not snap closed.
