Cynthia Rowley Tallulah organza party dress size small. You guys look at this brand new with tags beauty! I bought her for a very specific event but it didn’t end up wearing it… She needs to go to a party this summer for sure! Retail price was $375 USD, I bought this when I was in California. It is so fun! The organza overlay is voluminous but the inner slip is a size small. Slightly generous. I’m wearing it in the last photo and I’m a US small/4 and 5’9” tall.
