Drapey twill wool. Not super heavy and thick like a wool winter coat. Perfect transitional piece.
Matching belt.
I found it to fit relaxed a bit.
In really great condition! No signs of wear.

@michellelabate Hey it’s a wool twill fabric. It’s not thick like a standard wool winter coat. Has a great drape like a standard trench coat. Instead of the standard cotton it is a high quality wool.
