Great used condition. There is an extra punch outside of the main holes (see pic) that does not appear to have any bearing on the collar and you cannot see when it's on. It was like this when I purchased it pre-owned. This is a vintage no longer sold collar. 13.75" from buckle to tip. This size is good for a small dog like a Yorkie, Chihuahua, Pom, etc. Comes with the box, but I do not have the dust cover. This is a Coach dog collar with a red fire hydrant charm. • It features Coach's signature jacquard fabric in khaki/brown with mahogany brown leather accents. • The collar has a buckle closure and includes a red enamel and nickel fire hydrant charm that is engravable. • This particular style, especially with the fire hydrant charm and the signature jacquard/leather combination, is considered rare as Coach no longer offers jacquard or leather in their dog collars.
