Vintage and made in the USA Penny Lane style coat. Has some staining, it was like that when it reached me. Missing the waist tie. Fits a size small/medium best. I was never going to get rid of it but I had a baby and it doesn't fit anymore. Very warm, great winter coat. It's like a velvety material with faux fur lining.
