Vintage 1970s Handmade Wrap and Go Pantskirt. The Wrap and Go Panskirt was a staple in 70s fashion described as a hybrid garment featuring wide leg trousers with a wrap around skirt panel overlay. There is no tag with size or material because the pantskirt is handmade. Based on how they fit me, I believe these are a size 14/16. More measurements are listed below. The elastic string needs to be replaced (please view photo #6). In great vintage condition with loads of life left! Waist- 17.5in. Inseam- 23.5in. Outseam- 37in. Hip- 21.5in.
