vintagechicks I would say they run pretty true to size but I'm a wide foot and I own this boot myself and I sized up in this one to make it work for me, which I often do in fashion boots like Casta cuz they don't make wider options and they are sooo cute!!! Some Casta I did not size up in and some Casta my wide girl just wouldn't work in so our feet may be different but ask away if you have questions on fit!

vintagechicks FYI, when you go up a size in these boots it's about 1/4 of an inch of a physical measurement so not huge by our standards but it does give some extra width
