I made this skirt by repurposing a vintage cotton Battenburg lace tablecloth. It is partly lined, only the top third.
I have two of these skirts from the same tablecloth. They are identical except one is longer than the other.
Medium: 32 inches long
Large: 37 inches long
both are equally as wide.
Elastic waistband from 15 inches flat to 26 flat.
