The Peter Pan collar and cuff sleeves have hand-fagoting stitching (a high-end detail) The center of the bodice has a smocked panel done in accordion style and has white diamond shaped embroidery with French bullion knot details. Side button tabs (non-functional) have hand-faggoted stitching also. The smocking is bordered with a white piping that extends done to the legs. Legs gather with a front band and back elastic.
