This is a GORGEOUS Hill House Home Cosima Nap dress in the Emma striped pattern. Beautiful, barely worn condition. There is a very small place at the armpit where a couple stitches have come loose, please see photo. And it does seem that the top layer isn’t going past the lining, I am not sure if that is due to laundering or storage. Measures 14” pit to pit (keep in mind the smocking stretches!) and approximately 49” from top of shoulder to hem.
