Vintage or vintage style (unsure) charming black poseable (arms and legs snap on and off) cat figurine holding a small Jack O' Lantern, and a paper mache pumpkin. Pumpkin is in perfect condition, kitty has some slight paint loss (see pics) but is otherwise in good shape :) Looks very much like the Midwest of Cannon Falls kitty, but can not confirm either way.
