Hi, what are the measurements pit to pit and length? What is the waist like? Is it elastic or just straight across or tie? Just hard to tell but I’m intrigued 😊

@chuckee I'm not sure how i would measure pit to pit because the sleeves are open....the waist band is straight across and then ties...and is about 23 inches across. The piece is very flowy. I am going to add two more pictures showing the waist and sleeves.
