This Pink Smocked Dress by Feltman Brothers is Super Sweet! The traditional style dress has a Peter Pan collar with a matching trim that is hand-sewn with faggoted stitching (very high-end feature). The short puffed sleeves have a matching band that is also hand-sewn with faggoted stitching. The entire bodice is smocked in a lattice design with pink embroidery. Sweet little pink and white bullion roses are hand sewn on top of the lattice embroidery. The bottom of the smocking has an embroidered scalloped border done in pink and white.
