@awaksman Hi. Yes the waist has an elastic (see pictures I added). The waist flat is 17 inches if I stretch the elastic is about 20. Now there is a lined skirt underneath and that one is not stretching. For reference I am 140, 5’6 and this dress fit me, sure the fit is a bit big on me but I wore it! Length is 37 approximately
