Rebecca Taylor Silk blend with velvet accent. Metallic sparkly floral pattern. Flutter sleeves. The dress is very jewel toned with the sapphire blue velvet and gold, copper and burgundy metallic details Size 2 is generous, I usually wear a 4 and this fits me. My mannequin’s waist is 26.5”.
