RENOWNED FOR PRODUCING HIGH QUALITY WOOL FELT HATS. THIS FANCY HAT WILL MAKE A SPECIAL ACCESSORIE TO YOUR OUTFIT. I'M NOT SURE OF THE SIZE SO I TRIED TO GIVE AN IDEA BY MEASURING THE CIRCUMFERENCE, THE BOW DOES TAKE UP SOME ROOM ON THE TAPE. IT'S A BEAUTY!
