Hello - I received the package today thank you for the extra items - they were not necessary but that was kind - I just had some concern because the foil seal is no longer present . I know it was listed as new with tags.

@rosehaze I sent you a message before shipping, the item has never been used. I had purchased 2 of them (1 was previously sold as NWT) the second, I just took off the seal to see the shade and noticed it was too dark. As a bonus for the miss understanding, I sent the extra tarte items -all new.
