Do you have the waist measurement laying flat from the top and left to right? Thanks!

The waistband is just under 18 inches across when lying flat, and there is a tiny bit of stretch but not much. The hips are about 21.5 inches across, and the leg holes are each just under 13 inches across when flat. :) If you have any other questions let me know and I’ll be happy to help!
