NWT Madewell Side Tie Top

Make an offer! Red top with a tie on the side. Small clasp at the top to make it stay put and not open in the chest. Inside is lined with a silky liner. Sleeves puff out slightly and then are brought back together with elastic (there’s prolly a word for this but I can’t remember). Super nice feeling texture seen in the last pic. Never worn! Size XS. Fits true to size
