Vintage Canadiana "Watch the Money" Souvenir Savings Bank

This adorable souvenir coin bank is a "leather"-covered glass jar featuring a ladder design with rectangular windows cut into the casing, so you can see the coins pile up. These souvenir banks from the 1950s-1960s featured Canadian tourist destinations...this sweet example shows a bear in the Canadian wilderness. Great graphics and text on sides and at top - note that there is some material loss to one section of the top (please see photos) and some discoloration to underside of metal lid. Otherwise this little bank is in excellent, clean condition. The lid screws and unscrews onto the class jar easily. Clearly marked "MADE IN CANADA" at bottom. Approx 3.5" high and 2.8" in diameter.
