Antique German White Blue on White Relief Floral Bowl Embossed Scalloped Edges

This is a very different piece from the teapot — looks like a beautiful molded relief porcelain plate or shallow dish with cobalt blue accents, almost certainly German, probably mid-to-late 19th century (circa 1860–1900). The plate features the classic "blue accent on white relief" style — a decorative tradition where the porcelain is heavily molded with raised scrollwork, shells, leaves, and floral elements, then highlighted only with hand-painted cobalt blue on selected raised areas. The white "basketweave" or stippled background texture on the rim is a hallmark of this style.
