Vintage 1960s Blouse, Fritzi of California White Ruffle Collar Top, Buttons

Sweet vintage blouse from the 1960s. Bright white with the most amazing ruffle collar. There's a button at the top so you can leave it more open if you like. I've shown it buttoned here. Probably in the large size range generally. Do see the measurements down below though. Labels reads: Fritzi of California. Looks and feels like a rayon or similar. Near mint vintage condition. Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust and waist. Armpit to armpit across bust: 39" Waist: 39" Shoulder to bottom hem: 23.5" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
